Our tests began with the most important component of all: the central processing unit (also known simply as the CPU). We were excited to find a very powerful and capable dual-core Intel Core i3 processor, running at a speed of 2.2 GHz and on a large 3 MB L2 cache. This processor managed to exceed our expectations when put to the test, forcing us to give the laptop 10 out of 10 points in our Dell Vostro 3400 review. In our Dell Vostro 3400 review, the integrated Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD performed very well with its 512 MB of dedicated video RAM (VRAM). It managed to render clear and bright graphics on the amazing 14-inch screen (HD with wide angle and LED technology). Definitely 10 points here!
