We are all afraid, but not being afraid at all is the best place if you want to live fully. We all experience fear, but what makes great people successful is their audacity. Most people cling to their fears. Yet life keeps moving forward, even without them. So how can you deal with fear?

Is fear something you are born with? What doubts keep you locked between four invisible walls? What life could you have if you were not afraid? How can you have a better understanding of fear and learn to deal with it?

For more confidence, less pressure and feeling powerful, the only essential element is courage. When you are no longer filled with stress, doubts and worries, you become fearless. And when you dare in everything you do, you feel truly amazing.

Each of us has something that we struggle with or something that we are afraid to do. But no matter what your worries are, there are ways to deal with them. Fear is often the little voice you hear in your mind, holding you back from change, growth, success, serenity, fulfillment, and joy.

Being fearless or being afraid is a choice. Think about it. Your fears can limit you in many ways that you are not even aware of. How many of your fears have ever come true? Eighty-five percent of your doubts, worries, or concerns never happen. So what’s the point of having such dreadlocks in the first place?

In a way, it’s funny because your brain only tries to help you when it creates a fear reaction. Your mind is only designing the worst case scenario to prepare you for an unfortunate circumstance. However, it is common for any of us to get annoyed more than we should.

Therefore, when I recently read the book “Law 50” and listened to the audio, I realized that most of the time, because I took so many risks in my life, I knew how to be brave and still am. However, the approach, perspective, mindset and ideas expressed in this book are a real gold mine. And even if I’m not a fan of the ’50 cent’ song, I misjudged this man who is the co-writer.

The law of good and bad events
The book tells us that good and bad things happen to all of us in life. It is a law of nature. There are many situations over which you and I do not have much control. But it shows us that the only thing we have control over is how we think and how we respond to our circumstances.

So when you know how to be fearless and have a bold attitude to life, something strange and remarkable happens. It somehow gives you the unique ability to shape your circumstances. In our world today, we are safer than our prehistoric ancestors, so most fears should be unrealistic.

However, these fears come from situations or circumstances that have not happened or may never happen. You hold false opinions and beliefs instead of being fearless. This deceptive thought lives inside you that is the scared child who wants safety and comfort.

Being fearless is not a people pleaser
I know for a fact that it’s not worth it in the long run to please people. The reason for this is that you would stop learning to adapt to change. Being fearless is knowing your worth and standing up for your convictions, no matter what others believe.

So instead of pleasing others, be brave. If you are afraid of something in life, in a small or significant way, try thinking about the concept of embracing your fears, because fear is an essential element for massive growth and positive change.

As a result, if you’re afraid of something as we all are, then you know you’ve hit a gold mine. Because? Well, because it’s the best place to dig for the gemstones that can free you from fear and send you spiraling down the path to becoming fearless.

How to be fearless in everything
As I get older, I realize one thing for sure. I only have one life to live right now, and it will end someday, in the distant future, I hope. So again, I wonder, what’s the point of living it in fear?

I have learned a lot about fear and how not to be afraid in my life as a professional athlete. And I know that the difference between successful people and those who are not is that way of dealing with their fear. Here are a few different ways I used to prepare for a major competition and how they helped me overcome most of my fears.

It is one of my favorite things to do. I even got rid of my TV. When you read a book associated with your fears, it can give you answers on how to free yourself from them. I always fill my life with inspirational readings related to all kinds of topics. Learn to be brave!

Don’t be afraid – Challenge yourself
Unless you know it, you have to discover areas of your life where you are afraid. To me, he’s speaking in front of a huge crowd. What is your biggest fear? Look him square in the eye and accept the discomfort as you step out of your comfort zone. This way, you can reap the great rewards of going fearless.

Be Fearless – Copying bold people
You should imitate the highlights of the many role models you admire. Whether in person, through a book, or online, you should use these examples as mentors. It is an excellent source to combat your fears. Then feed your mind images of what you want your future self to be like.

You need to build relationships with people who share a similar vision and worldview. Find people who want to work on your team or be fearless with you on your travels. But always remember to trust and count only on yourself. You will be less disappointed.

It’s really an amazing statement in my eyes. Many people are doing the same thing, thinking the same way, and stuck because they are too afraid to decide, take action, and not be afraid to change their situations.

Tips to not be afraid at all

  • Don’t be afraid and face your fear. You’ll be surprised to know that it wasn’t that bad.
  • Reward yourself when you are not afraid.
  • Take action, whatever it is. Let’s go strong. And don’t be afraid.
