Psalms 19:14: May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasant before you, O Lord, my strength and my redeemer.

Let me ask you a simple question, do you see things the way God sees them?

It is important for us to realize that we must look at ourselves, our lives, and even our problems as God does, and not otherwise. In other words, we must see ourselves as God sees us, victorious, not defeated. God sees us as healed, not sick. God sees us serving Him, not the enemy. It is time for us to stop thinking and speaking defeated negative things about our lives, but speak the Word of God about ourselves!

Christianity is called the great confession.

Hebrews 3:1. Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Christ Jesus,

Romans 10:8-10: But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith that we preach): 9. that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has risen from among the dead, you will be saved 10. Because with the heart one believes in justice, but with the mouth one confesses for salvation.

We confessed with our mouth what we believed in our hearts and we were saved. We believe that Jesus Christ is the High Priest of that confession.

The Bible teaches us two very important facts about confessions. The first is that the words are

important. The old saying, “sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me,” is not really true. This saying was taught to us as children to help us overcome those cruel moments that children have, to grow without hurt feelings. But you see, words hurt, they affect us physically, mentally and spiritually.

The second thing the Bible teaches is that we are trapped by the words of our mouth.

Proverbs 6:2: you are caught up in the words of your own mouth; you are taken by the words of your mouth.

A trap is a trap. If we are not careful, our words will trap us in spiritual death, disease and poverty, the curse of the law. Praise God, Jesus redeemed us from the curse of the law.

Galatians 3:13: Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (because it is written: Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree),

Jesus Christ became a curse for us when he was crucified. He became sin, sickness, and died spiritually, so we wouldn’t have to. Praise the Lord!

That is why it is so important for us to continue in this great confession of Christianity and that is to live and walk in what Christ bought for us on Calvary. Trust me, it’s not pain and suffering, it’s not wayward children or unpaid bills. It’s not having enough money to pay the bills, or for your children’s school supplies. Christ suffered and died for us, so that Abraham’s blessing might be ours.

Galatians 3:14-15: so that the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, so that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. Brothers, I speak in the manner of men: A pact, even if it is a man’s, if it is confirmed, no one cancels it or adds to it.

Christ died to redeem us from the curse of the law and give us the blessing of Abraham.

If you study the Old Testament in Genesis, you will see that Abraham, even though he was wrong at times, was blessed by God. Well, because he believed in the promise that God made to him and it was counted to him as justice.

Romans 4:3: For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him for righteousness.”

We must believe the promise God made to us in His Word! The Word of God is full of promises for us today, to supply every need, but we cannot walk in them if we do not know them, we cannot put them in our hearts if we do not know them and we cannot say them. with our mouth if we do not know them.

Romans 12:2: And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your understanding, so that you may verify what is the good will of God, acceptable and perfect.

We must not live, act or think as the world thinks. We must live, act and think as God thinks. How do we do that? We fill our hearts and minds with the Word of God. We meditate on it daily, and then we pronounce it with our mouths over our situation, until the reality of the Word surpasses the reality of the world. Amen!

Psalms 106:35: But they mixed with the Gentiles, And learned their works;

The word Gentiles here refers to the world, the worldly way of doing and looking at things,

It’s not the pious way to do things. You see, we’ve been so blinded by the enemy to seeing and thinking defeated ungodly thoughts that it’s hard for us to move to thinking godly thoughts and acting on them. Part of the problem is that the world’s way is often a rational and orderly way, and God’s way doesn’t always make common sense.

1 Corinthians 1:18-21: Because the message of the cross is madness for those who are lost, but for us who are saved it is the power of God. 19. For it is written: “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and I will destroy the understanding of the prudent.” 20. Where is the sage? Where is the scribe? Where is the debater of this age? 21. For since in the wisdom of God the world did not know God through wisdom, it pleased God to save believers through the folly of preaching.

Delve into God’s Word, learn what God has for you, and then talk about it over your life and the life of your family. It will be health for your flesh!

Proverbs 3:5-8: 5. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; 6. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

7. Do not be wise in your own opinion; fear the Lord and turn away from evil. 8. It will be medicine for your flesh and strength for your bones.

Below are confessions you can make daily about your life. They are from the book God’s Creative Power, The Gift Collection, by Charles Capps, Harrison House Publishers.

Remember that you will grow in faith when you hear God’s Word spoken aloud in your life.

Romans 10:17:17 So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Speak God’s Word over your life, in your voice, out loud so you can hear it. It will be planted in your heart and it will grow and develop strong faith. So you’ll be thinking right and then talking right!

“God supplies all my needs according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. God is the source of my supply, and I have more than enough to pay my bills on time. Bills must be paid in full, in Jesus name “. (Philippians 4:19.)

“Heavenly Father, I ask for a raise as I honor you with the firstfruits of my raise. I give thanks for this work and bless my employer. I now declare that this check multiplies and increases. I am now richly rewarded for my work, both creatively and financially (Proverbs 3:9-10).

“Now I dissolve and put aside all negative and limiting beliefs about where I will work and what kind of work is available to me. I open myself to all the possibilities of God. I ask for a perfect, fulfilling and well-paying job to manifest in my life , I am always in the right place at the right time because the Spirit of God directs my steps.” (Proverbs 16:9; Romans 5:17.)

These are just a few examples of God’s promises, spoken in confession. Find one that applies to you, write it down and put it where you can see it and start confessing it about your life as many times a day as you think. He will soon discover that faith is built in his heart and the Word is manifested in his life. Praise the Lord!

If you don’t know God and would like to find him and experience God’s love and peace for yourself, then I would like to invite you to pray this prayer.

Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus. Your word says: “…and whoever comes to me, I will not cast out”. (Jn.6:37), That is why I know that you will not cast me out, but that you will welcome me, and I thank you for it. You said in your Word: “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved” (Rom. 10:13). I call upon your name, so I know that now you have saved me. You also said: “…that if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes in justice, but with the mouth one confess for salvation.” (Ro.10:9-10). I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. I believe that He rose from the dead for my justification, and I now confess Him as my Lord, because Your Word says: “…with the heart believes in righteousness…” and I do believe with my heart, now I have become the righteousness of God in Christ. (2 Cor. 5:21), and I am saved! Thank you, Lord!

Now I can truly say that I see myself as a born again child of God!

Glory to God!!!! Amen.
