To get rid of your man boobs (or moobs) you must implement the use of kettlebell training. You may have already heard of the ancient kettlebell and realized that this unique ancient strength and conditioning device has been shaping some of the best athletic bodies in the world for over three centuries. This single device is so versatile that it can train your entire body with some very basic movements. I’ve included just one forceful lift that’s great for helping you speed up your metabolism, burn fat, and speed up the process of getting rid of your sagging chest.

Get rid of flab by building lean muscle mass, period! The overhead kettlebell swing is a single lift you can use to burn a ton of calories and slim down your body as fast as any exercise you can do. You do this lift by holding the kettlebell with both arms and letting it hang from your snout. From here, your feet should be shoulder-width apart. You must initiate a movement called a hip snap to swing the bell from between your legs to above your head. Hip snapping is done by having to constantly flex and extend your hip and knee joints to swing the bell back and forth like a pendulum. As your momentum gradually increases, continue to increase the force of your swing allowing the bell to rise above your head. This is a safe way to build muscle and burn off unwanted excess body fat. You will see that the key to burning fat is to speed up your metabolism and the key to speeding up your metabolism is to build lean muscle mass. The more lean muscle mass you have from head to toe, the faster the flab will go away! This is how your body works. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise.

If you haven’t already included kettlebells in your personal strength and conditioning program, you’re missing out. Don’t waste any more time and start now. I’ll even make it easy for you by asking you to access the rest of my articles on the subject for free. Remember that anyone can train hard, but only the best train smart, my friend!
