Another excellent museum to visit is the Las Vegas Museum of Natural History, which will help your kids learn some history. It will be fun and educational.
There are some incredible natural wonders that you can visit while on a family vacation in Las Vegas. You can go enjoy Death Valley National Park as a family or you can go mountain biking and tour Red Rock Canyon together. If you’re up for a day trip, you might even want to head to the Grand Canyon while it’s so close.
A good exhibit to visit with the family is the Shark Reef Aquarium, which is located in Mandalay Bay. You will be able to enjoy the touch tank, there is a walk through the aquarium and there are some great tunnels that will make you feel like you are in the ocean with all the marine life. There are over 2000 specimens to see, including many different species of sharks, turtles, exotic fish, and even some reptiles.
If you have time, head to the MGM Grand to see Lion Habitat. This is a great attraction that will allow you to see some lions, and you can even take a photo with them. Kids are sure to enjoy this.
