What do you need:

  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 1/2 cups shredded pepperjack cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, then cook the all-purpose flour until golden brown, about 5 minutes.   • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup half and half cream
  • 1/4 cup sour cream, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 butter spoons
  • 2 teaspoons of curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
