If you wear pajama bottoms when you are at home, wear shorts. If you wear shorts, wear underwear or lingerie. Eventually you will get to the point where you will be completely naked.

If you just can’t walk around the house topless or bottomless, give this a try. Wear a see-through nightshirt or bra and panties set. You may feel protected by the feeling that you still have clothes on, but they aren’t really hiding anything. Your partner will enjoy seeing you like this a bit too.

Just a minute

Try to spend at least a few minutes a day doing normal things around the house without clothes on. Watch TV, read a book on the couch, wash dishes, even sweep the floor. You can then dress up a bit if you like. Try to extend the amount of time you spend being comfortably naked.

Of course, no one expects you to be naked all the time. The goal is to get to the point where you don’t feel awkward or uncomfortable without clothes on.

It feels like it’s easier to be naked with someone if you feel like you look good. Is. But you don’t have to be perfect to look good. Exercise helps tone the body. Ok, you don’t live alone and you can’t just walk around naked. You can try closing your bedroom door and following these same tips. You will only have to put something on before leaving your room.
